The Deal Desk Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the sales, finance, legal, and operations teams, managing the end-to-end deal process. This role involves analyzing pricing, discounting, and deal terms while ensuring compliance with internal policies. The Analyst ensures that deals align with the company’s financial and operational goals, providing insights and recommendations to optimize profitability and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales with deal structuring, pricing, and contract reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval processes.
  • Provide pricing insights and recommend strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Create reports to track deal performance and cycle efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and remove roadblocks.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years in sales operations, pricing, or financial analysis.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
