Job Description

This is a freelance position to support our Paid Media team. You will play an important role as an individual contributor in our Paid Media team focusing in building and optimizing campaigns across different media channels. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day paid media campaigns to our customers and for the activation and strategy work for all clients.

The role requires technical know-how, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to our clients’ paid media campaigns. We pride ourselves on impact and innovation, making a real difference to our client's results, and striving to be at the forefront of media buying with this role a key driver of those aims.

This is a freelance role with an estimated workload of 5-10 hours per week for 2 months. This period could be extended depending on the future team´s capacity.

Main Duties

  • Building campaigns across multiple paid media platforms by working with the wider client teams and Account Manager
  • Optimising paid media campaigns toward client goals
  • Reporting on campaign results against customer goals on a weekly basis
  • Add value to the planning and delivery of paid media work by identifying opportunities for performance improvements
  • Carry out accurate implementation work as agreed with the Paid Media team
  • Own the day to day delivery of paid media work against customer objectives
  • Understand and be able to explain best practice set up requirements for relevant paid media platforms and influence best practice sharing
  • Requirements

  • 3-5 years hands-on experience in building and optimizing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social & Programmatic Advertising.
  • Demonstrable experience in Paid Media tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads and programmatic platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Crite, YouTube.
  • Comfortable with numbers and Excel
  • Knowledge & experience of performance analysis and creating high level and in depth reports
  • Experience working with and advising on the implementation of tagging & tracking
  • Advanced English knowledge
