Position Description: 

The Revenue Operations team is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst, Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success. You will optimize key revenue processes, lead Rev Ops queue requests, support CPQ functions, and provide data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making.  

To be successful in this role, you must be diligent, analytical, and a strong communicator with the ability to influence senior decision-makers through thoughtful data analysis and reporting. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and must be proactive in improving processes while collaborating cross-functionally. This role offers opportunities to work closely with leadership, chip in on high-impact initiatives, and develop expertise in revenue optimization. 

Position Duties:  

• Streamline and improve revenue operations workflows for efficiency and scalability. 
• Lead the RevOps Queue Management process, prioritizing and resolving internal team requests, ensuring timely support and issue resolution.  
• Support CPQ through competitive analysis in quoting, pricing, and deal structuring while ensuring compliance with company policies.  
• Develop data analytics dashboards and reports to track revenue performance and critical operational metrics.  
• Build impactful and compelling stakeholder communications, presentations and reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for leadership. 

Desired Skills and Experience:  

• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a SaaS company
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and workflows required
• Proficiency with data management tools (e.g. Ringlead, Xappex)
• Experience with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus) and processes
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO) and advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, churn, and expansion revenue  
• Strong process improvement and workflow optimization skills.  
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and resolve issues with timeliness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence team members and leadership 

Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The salary for this role is $86,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
