About the position:
We are seeking a motivated & talented marketer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate with colleagues to execute impactful digital campaigns that drive business results. Utilizing data-driven insights and creative thinking, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our digital marketing strategy
Responsibilities:
- Testing & Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests to analyze different metrics within paid campaigns and website, implementing winning strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Analytics and Reporting: working with digital channel leads to regularly report on the ROI of digital marketing initiatives and recommend improvements
- Digital Campaign Execution: working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful and timely launch of campaigns. This includes ensuring ad materials meet requirements, traffic the materials to the vendors or ad platforms, QA campaigns before launch
- Project Management: represent the digital marketing team at stand-up meetings and collaborate with the team to understand priorities and resource planning. Update internal teams on project status and dependencies
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in digital marketing in B2B SaaS companies
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Excel, Google Workspace. Hands-on experience with Asana and Salesforce is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and adaptability; ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Project management skills with the ability to manage complex campaigns simultaneously
- An excitement for working collaboratively as a team and driving growth and impact for the organization. And, as a passionate marketer, you’re open to sharing new ideas, thinking creatively and making data-driven decisions
Education & Travel:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field preferred.
