Responsibilities

  • Key Account Lead
  • Manage the pool of existing shipper assigned,a team of key account for strategic clients and customer service team for important clients.
  • Work closely with KAM to come up with overall Retention performance
  • Support the KAM handling billing, value added services design and coordination with ops etc.
  • Own and manage rapport with existing clients from on boarding, training, and building customer trust towards Fulfillment service.
  • Main customer support for existing operational and system inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate leanings.
  • Customer Retention
  • Handle inquiries and perform related duties, including ad hoc and fulfillment related tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • At least 03 months of experience in account management, customer success roles
  • At least Diploma / Degree in any fieldA passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
  • Business development or account management experience in eCommerce Logistics market
  • Strong existing working relationships with clients
