About the position:

Netskope is rapidly expanding our customer count across APAC. This is an amazing opportunity for a Renewal Sales expert who has a proven track record of retaining and upselling to current customer accounts.
A seat is waiting for you on the Rocketship that is Netskope! We want someone who fits one of the following descriptions:
- At least 1 year of experience in technology renewal management
- Business-to-business sales experience from another industry that wants to move into technology sales (sorry selling to consumers and individuals doesn’t count)
- 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company and hungry for a chance to move into a revenue closing role
Additionally, we want to fill this seat with someone who is:

- Focused on providing excellent customer service and support
- Willing to be pushed outside their comfort zone

Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure that they are successfully using Netskope.
- Develop an overall account retention strategy leading to a 90+% renewal rate in the assigned territory/accounts.
- Up-sell Netskope products and services to existing customers
- Own work associated with upcoming Renewals including but not limited to quoting, forecasting, CPI uplifts, multi-year options, upsells, co-terming and budgets allocation.
- Overachieve on renewal targets through comprehensive account management
- Maintain a high level of forecast accuract
- Pricing and contract negotiation expertise
- Working with channel partners to maintain customer relationships and complete renewals prior to the expiration date
- Extensive coordination with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams
