POSITION OVERVIEW

The Client Learning Partner is an entry-level professional who supports the development and delivery of client training programs. Under the guidance of senior Learning Partners and the Learning Program Lead, this role contributes to the planning, facilitation, and execution of impactful learning experiences that meet client and business needs.
Working closely with Learning Associates and cross-functional partners, this role ensures training materials are well-executed, learners are supported, and program goals are achieved. It offers a strong foundation for building a career in instructional design, learning facilitation, and program operations within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in delivering interactive training sessions and workshops, promoting engagement, retention, and learner success.
- Partner with Learning Associates who manage content creation, delivery, and support services to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Contribute to the design, revision, and organization of instructional resources to ensure they align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Support administrative functions such as maintaining LMS records, tracking learner progress, and preparing training reports.
- Gather learner feedback and training performance data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Work alongside Learning Partner II, III, and the Program Lead to help execute high-quality learning initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding new participants and serve as a point of contact during training phases to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Coordinate activities with Learning Associates to optimize daily operations and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Keep up with trends in adult learning, instructional design, and emerging technologies to bring fresh thinking to your work.
- Take on new responsibilities as learning programs evolve, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in training facilitation, content development, or learning program support.

Technical Skills
Understanding of adult learning theory, learner engagement techniques, and basic instructional design principles.
Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Synthesia is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI for analyzing and reporting training data.
Experience with platforms like Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or Office Suite.
Interest in or willingness to adopt AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notebook LM, Azure AI) to enhance content development.
Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.

Soft Skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with training delivery, instructional design, or e-learning development.
